Your attention to details and patience when we incorporated changes made this almost enjoyable. We heard all the stories about how difficult it is planning and building a new home. The job started on time and you hit the target completion date. All the sub-contractors were helpful, courteous, professional and on time. Scheduling all the subs and getting the job coordinated must be difficult. You must have a good relationship with the subs. We've been working on the final details to make the transition from a house to a home. We appreciate all the follow up help you've offered. You've assisted greatly in tying up some loose ends. Having a general contractor handle most of the details is the only way to go. I can't understand how anyone would try to do all this work on their own.
